Rebuild your smile in a single visit with All-on-4 implants in Mexico

Board-certified implant surgeons, same-day provisional bridge, and up to 70 % savings compared with U.S. fees

All-on-4 dental implants are a life-changing solution for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth. This innovative treatment uses just four implants to support a full arch of fixed replacement teeth. By minimizing the number of implants required, All-on-4 offers faster recovery, fewer complications, and a more cost-effective alternative to traditional full-mouth restorations.

Designed to restore your confidence, comfort, and chewing ability, All-on-4 is one of the most popular options for full-arch rehabilitation worldwide. With Medify, patients from the U.S. and Canada can access world-class All-on-4 treatment in Mexico at a fraction of the cost back home, without compromising safety or results.

Why Get All-on-4 in Mexico?

  • Affordability: Save 70–80 % compared with U.S. all-on-4 packages.
  • Visits Required: Two trips—first to place the four implants and a temporary denture, second to fit your final, permanent prosthetic.
  • Facilities & Expertise: Access state-of-the-art surgical suites and internationally trained implant specialists.
  • Personalized Care: Dedicated coordinators manage everything from travel logistics to post-op follow-up.
  • Key Benefits: A full-arch solution with fewer implants, minimal bone grafting, and a faster return to normal life.

Types of All-on-4 Treatment Options

All-on-4 with Fixed Hybrid Dentures

This is the most common form of All-on-4. A full arch of prosthetic teeth is mounted onto four dental implants and secured permanently. These fixed hybrid dentures combine the strength of implants with the esthetics of natural-looking teeth, offering stability and confidence without the need to remove them for cleaning.

All-on-4 with Zirconia Bridges

For patients seeking the most durable and lifelike results, zirconia bridges are the gold standard. These are milled from a solid block of zirconia for a strong, stain-resistant, and long-lasting restoration that looks and feels like natural teeth.
While this option has a higher cost, many patients find the added durability and realism worth the investment.

Why Patients Choose Mexico for Their Dental Needs

Raymond Taliaferro

On February of 2022 I visited Mexico looking for a full mouth restoration. Due to periodontist disease I've begun losing my teeth on both arches. I met up with my doctor which was very pleasant, understanding, knowledgeable & professional. He created a plan of treatment for me at a very affordable price at least 1/3 of the price it would've cost in U.S.A.

Stage 1 began surgery " All on 4 " on the lower arch & bone graft on the upper arch due to chronic bone loss during the years of wearing a top denture prosthesis. After surgery, I was given an appointment everyday for the 8 days I spent in Mexico for post-surgery evaluation, I must acknowledge everyone was very professional, patience, knowledgeable, attentive to all my concerns and questions.

Six months later after implants healing on August I returned to Mexico for the 2nd stage to complete my treatment of inserting 8 mini implants on my upper jaw, preparing my lower jaw for my all on 4 final prosthesis, & basically creating the beautiful teeth & smile I have today, for a faction of the price I would have paid in the states.

My implants are all healed, I get so much compliments on how great my teeth look & I can eat anything I want. Never been so satisfied with my smile as I am today. Thankso to all the wonderful staff and their beautiful & very clean facility. I would greatly recommend Mexico for all dental cosmetics in creating your beautiful teeth & smile.

I researched for a year, speaking with clinics through e mails and phone with all of my questions. I arrived in Mexico in February 2023 to begin my all in 4 journey along with my Husband. At no time did I ever feel unsafe. We stayed in the downtown area, it had everything we needed as well as security and convenience.

I had my surgery with no pain and minimal swelling and always felt I was in capable hands. The clinic is state of the art equipped and very clean. I left with temporaries to allow my implants to heal. Although they were no fun to wear it was a necessary part of the process.

I returned in August 2023 to load my permanents. Everything went perfectly, I left Mexico ecstatic! Not only were they beautiful but were functional!  I absolutely love my all on 4, they feel natural.

The clinic at no time ever made me feel embarrassed or ashamed of my dental health. They work together as a team to achieve perfect results and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. You don’t get that in America.

The services were very affordable and I have always felt very well taken care of. If your reading this and your in pain with poor dental health give it a chance, I’m sure glad I did. They changed my life.

I just finished receiving the installation of my all-on-four final arch. It was nice to have the same doctor to do the final installation. She did the initial installation back in March 2023. She is an expert in her line of work, a true professional. Very patient, very caring, and very thorough.

I also received two implants during the same visit and they went very well. The implants were installed mid morning and by mid to late afternoon, I was feeling great.

I found the office manager very reasonable and accommodating. He was very attentive to any of my concerns. And the front end staff were very organized and professional. When it came time to pay the bill, there were no surprises.

I came all the way from Vernon, British Columbia, Canada and I am absolutely happy with everything!

I had been researching clinics for months and I had the coordinator reach out and stayed in contact with me until I made my appointment.

I was so ready for this next chapter for me to start but I was still so nervous cause of past dental experiences and being terrified. But when I got there it went away everyone there was amazing! They make you feel so comfortable and not embarrassed. And I was truly embarrassed.

I had the all on 4. They extracted everything and even with that I had no pain from surgery even know and im 3 weeks post op. The lengths they go to to make sure your comfortable and your teeth look so natural and u leave there happy is amazing!

I go back in April or May and I’m so looking forward to seeing everyone and getting my permanents for the all on 4.

Everything You Need to Know About All-on-4 Dental Implants

What Exactly Are All-on-4 Dental Implants?

All-on-4 dental implants are a revolutionary solution designed for patients missing all or most of their teeth in either their upper or lower jaw. The treatment uses four strategically placed titanium implants to securely anchor a full arch of prosthetic teeth.

This technique dramatically reduces the need for bone grafting, even if you've experienced significant bone loss, because implants are placed at specific angles to maximize existing bone support.

This method provides a permanent and stable solution, closely replicating the look, feel, and function of natural teeth. It's widely recognized for significantly enhancing the quality of life, enabling patients to eat, speak, and smile confidently again.

Why Get All-on-4 Implants? Health Benefits and Advantages

All-on-4 implants offer more than just cosmetic improvements, they significantly boost your overall oral health and quality of life. By securely anchoring a full arch of teeth, All-on-4 implants restore chewing ability, speech clarity, and confidence, giving you the freedom to enjoy life without worrying about slipping dentures or dietary restrictions.

A major health benefit is the prevention of bone loss. Unlike removable dentures, dental implants stimulate the jawbone, preventing further deterioration and preserving facial structure, thereby maintaining a youthful appearance.

Additionally, implants are easy to maintain; simply care for them as you would your natural teeth, with regular brushing, flossing, and dental checkups.

Types of All-on-4 Dental Implants

While All-on-4 refers specifically to the placement of four implants per arch, there are slight variations tailored to individual needs:

  • Standard All-on-4: Four implants supporting a full arch, typically sufficient for most patients and designed to minimize invasiveness.
  • All-on-4 with Immediate Loading: A variation allowing placement of temporary teeth immediately after surgery, ideal for those wanting quick cosmetic restoration.
  • All-on-4 Zygomatic: For patients with severe upper jaw bone loss, implants anchor into the zygomatic (cheekbone) region, eliminating the need for extensive bone grafting.

Your dentist will determine the best type of All-on-4 implant treatment based on your specific bone structure and dental health needs.

All-on-4 Implants in Mexico, Step-by-Step (How it Works)

Initial Consultation and Treatment Planning

Your dental journey starts with a detailed consultation involving advanced imaging (such as CBCT scans), digital impressions, and a thorough oral examination. Your dentist will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to your dental anatomy and treatment goals.

Surgical Placement of Implants

The next step involves a minimally invasive surgery to place the four implants precisely into your jawbone. The surgery typically lasts around 2-3 hours per arch and is performed under sedation or local anesthesia, ensuring complete comfort throughout the procedure.

Temporary Prosthetic Teeth

Immediately after implant placement, your dentist will fit you with temporary prosthetic teeth, so you leave the clinic with a functional smile. These temporary teeth allow you to comfortably eat and speak during the healing phase.

Osseointegration (Healing and Integration)

Over the next 4–6 months, your implants will undergo osseointegration, a natural process where implants fuse securely to your jawbone, forming a stable, long-lasting foundation for your final prosthetic teeth.

Placement of Permanent Prosthetics

Once the implants are fully integrated, you'll return for your second visit to receive your custom-designed, permanent teeth. These are crafted specifically for your mouth, ensuring optimal comfort, aesthetics, and functionality.

Before Your All-on-4 Treatment

Preparation helps ensure successful results. Stop smoking several weeks prior, as nicotine can negatively affect healing. Inform your dentist about all medications, especially those that thin your blood, such as aspirin, vitamin E, or fish oil.

Good oral hygiene before surgery greatly reduces complications, make sure your gums are clean and healthy. It's also beneficial to arrange your accommodations and transportation in Mexico ahead of time, something Medify gladly assists with.

Aftercare for All-on-4 Implants

Proper aftercare is crucial for the longevity of your new implants. Immediately following surgery, some swelling or mild discomfort is normal and easily managed with prescribed medication, ice packs, and rest.

Maintain diligent oral hygiene practices, brush and floss daily, and consider specialized tools like water flossers for optimal cleaning around implants. Initially, stick to soft foods and gradually reintroduce regular textures over several weeks. Avoid excessively hard or sticky foods that could potentially damage your new prosthetics.

Regular dental visits every six months will ensure your implants remain in optimal condition and allow your dentist to address minor issues before they become significant problems. Protect implants from damage, consider a night guard if you have bruxism (teeth grinding).

Why Are All-on-4 Implants Cheaper in Mexico?

Patients often wonder why high-quality dental procedures like All-on-4 implants are significantly cheaper in Mexico. The primary reasons include lower operating costs, reduced overhead expenses, and competitive pricing among clinics.

These savings allow clinics to offer premium services at substantially reduced rates without sacrificing quality, materials, or expertise. This cost advantage is especially attractive given the substantial financial savings (typically 60–80%) compared to similar procedures in the U.S. or Canada.

Is It Safe to Get All-on-4 Implants in Mexico?

Absolutely, Mexico is among the world's top destinations for dental tourism, renowned for high standards of safety, hygiene, and expertise. Clinics catering to international patients strictly adhere to international sterilization and safety protocols.

Dentists are highly trained, often holding certifications from reputable dental organizations, and use cutting-edge technology to ensure precision and successful outcomes. Medify thoroughly vets clinics to ensure your experience is safe, reliable, and comfortable from start to finish.

Alternative Treatments to All-on-4 Implants

While All-on-4 is a leading solution, alternative treatments are available:

  • Traditional Dentures: Affordable, removable, but less stable. Suitable as a temporary solution or if bone loss is extensive.
  • All-on-6 or All-on-8: Using more implants per arch, these treatments offer additional support and stability, ideal for patients with substantial bone availability and higher bite force requirements.
  • Implant-Supported Overdentures: Removable yet stable, these snap onto implants and can be taken out for cleaning. An intermediate option between dentures and fixed All-on-4 implants.

Discuss your individual needs and dental goals with your dentist to determine the optimal solution.

Comprehensive FAQ

How long do All-on-4 dental implants last?

With proper care and regular checkups, All-on-4 implants can last 20 years or more. The titanium implants themselves can last a lifetime, while the prosthetic teeth may need replacement after 10–15 years, depending on wear.

How many trips to Mexico will I need?

Most patients need two visits: one for implant placement and temporary teeth, and a second visit after 4–6 months for the final prosthetics. Some clinics offer same-day teeth, but follow-up is still required.

What is the success rate of All-on-4 implants?

Studies show a long-term success rate of 94–98%. Choosing an experienced surgeon and following proper aftercare are key to long-term success.

Is it safe to get All-on-4 implants in Mexico?

Yes, if you choose a vetted clinic. Medify partners only with trusted providers that follow international sterilization protocols and have years of experience with dental tourists.

Are All-on-4 implants removable?

No, they are fixed in place and only removable by a dentist. This gives them a secure, natural feel and eliminates the daily hassle of removable dentures.

Will my All-on-4 teeth look natural?

Yes. The prosthetic teeth are custom-designed to match your facial features, bite, and smile preferences. They are crafted for both aesthetics and function.

Do I need bone grafting for All-on-4?

In most cases, no. All-on-4 is designed to work even in cases of moderate bone loss by placing the implants at strategic angles, reducing or eliminating the need for grafting.

Is the procedure painful?

The surgery is performed under local anesthesia and/or conscious sedation, so you won’t feel pain during the procedure. Mild swelling or soreness afterward is common and manageable with medication.

Can I eat normally after getting All-on-4?

You’ll need to follow a soft-food diet for the first few weeks. Once healing is complete and your permanent teeth are placed, you’ll be able to eat most foods comfortably again.

What is the cost difference between Mexico and the U.S.?

On average, patients save 60–80% by getting All-on-4 implants in Mexico. That’s often a difference of $15,000 to $25,000 compared to U.S. prices.

What happens if one implant fails?

If an implant fails during the healing phase, your dentist will assess the situation and may place a new implant or adjust the treatment plan. Failure is rare but manageable with proper follow-up.
