Restore your smile in a single trip with All-on-8 Dental Implants in Tijuana

Eight implants, a secure full-arch bridge, and convenient care close to the U.S.

All-on-8 is a full-arch solution that uses 8 dental implants to support a fixed bridge. The goal is strong chewing, a natural look, and long-term stability.

In Tijuana, many clinics use 3D CBCT scans and guided planning to place implants precisely. Being near San Diego makes checkups and small adjustments easier.

Why Patients Choose Mexico for Their Dental Needs

The only place I'll ever recommend and use. Amazing staff & top notch facility. One regret is that I didn't find them sooner. My dental work has literally changed my life. My self confidence, self esteem have been restored with a beautiful smile. Constantly get compliments on my smile and teeth.

The staff is going to take care of you and they make the process so simple. Safe & beautiful place to stay. Fluent in English. No need to be concerned or on the fence.

You're treated like family here, not like a patient with X amount of annual dental coverage. I had full mouth extractions, upper and lower all on 8. Never took 1 pain med. Ice packs and a nap on day one. Zero pain. Start to finish was 6 days. Five stars 10/10

My first trip to Mexico was in 2016. I showed up with an upper partial, that damaged the teeth it was anchored to, and many bad teeth in lower jaw as well.

They performed all on four implants for the top and did a few extractions and quite a few crowns on the bottom. All went well.

I returned in January 2025 because of some new issues with two bottom teeth that had no previous work done. They suggested me extractions and implants. The procedure went well and pain was minimal.

Every one I have dealt with here are very friendly and professional. I came here the first time mainly to save money, now I won't go anywhere else.

    Comprehensive FAQ about all-on-8 implants

How long do All-on-8 implants last?

With good home care and regular checkups, implants can last many years. The bridge itself may need maintenance or replacement over time, but strong hygiene, a nightguard if you grind, and routine professional cleanings in Tijuana help protect your results.

    Is IV sedation required?

Not always. Most surgeries are done with local anesthesia. Your dentist may recommend oral or IV sedation for comfort based on your health, anxiety level, and procedure length. You and your Tijuana team will choose the option that fits your needs.

Will my US dental plan reimburse part of the cost?

Many plans allow out-of-network reimbursement. Ask your insurer what documents are needed. Vetted Tijuana clinics can provide itemized receipts and treatment notes. Coverage and amounts vary by plan, so confirm details before you travel.

What if an implant fails later?

Your dentist will evaluate why it happened and plan a fix, which may include replacing the implant after healing or adjusting the bridge design. Choosing a vetted clinic, following aftercare, and attending scheduled follow-ups in Tijuana lower the risk of problems.

Why choose eight implants instead of four or six?

Eight implants spread chewing forces over more support points. This can help when bite forces are high, when arch length is long, or when bone quality needs added stability. Your 3D scan guides the choice between 4, 6, or 8 implants so you get safe, reliable support.

Do I need bone grafting first?

Sometimes. Your CBCT scan shows bone height and width. Placing eight well-positioned implants can reduce the need for grafting in some cases, but your dentist will recommend grafts when they improve long-term stability.

What foods are safe after surgery?

Start with soft foods like smoothies, yogurt, eggs, and tender pasta. Avoid hard, sticky, or very hot foods until your dentist clears you. Stay hydrated, do not smoke, and follow your Tijuana aftercare plan to support healing.
